At Gem City Gems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure safe transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
